1. Eligibility
The game is open to all individuals aged 18 years and above.

2. Duration
The Key of Fortune promotion runs from 04 July to 01 August 2026 at Tribeca Mall.

3. How to Participate
In accordance with the defined entry mechanism, every cumulative purchase at any participating outlet in Tribeca Mall entitles the customer to one (1) entry ticket.
Customers must register their entry at the Information Desk, where their purchase receipts will be verified and recorded by a staff member.
Multiple receipts may be submitted together to reach the qualifying amount.

4. The Game: Key of Fortune
Registered participants will be invited to take part in the Key of Fortune activation zone at Tribeca Mall.
Each participant will be challenged to complete a series of fun games and riddles. Upon successfully completing the challenges, they will earn the opportunity to unlock a designated prize box containing a surprise reward.
Prizes may include:

• Shopping vouchers
• Gifts from partner brands
• Food & beverage offers
• Exclusive experiences
• Other exciting rewards

5. Prize Collection
Winners must claim their prize immediately after a successful unlock.
Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
If a winner does not claim the prize on the spot, Tribeca Mall reserves the right to reallocate the prize to another eligible participant.

6. Conditions of Entry
By entering the game, participants consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
Tribeca Mall reserves the right to amend or cancel any aspect of the promotion, including mechanics, dates, or prizes, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
Participants must follow Tribeca Mall’s official Facebook page to qualify for participation.

Tribeca Mall is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during participation in the promotion or resulting from the use of any prize.

9. Fraud & Disqualification
Any attempt to cheat, manipulate, or abuse the promotion will result in immediate disqualification.
Altered, duplicated, or fraudulent receipts will not be accepted.

10. Organizer’s Rights
The Organizer reserves the right to:
– Modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice;
– Amend these Terms & Conditions as required.
