What is the price?

The price is Rs500 per child.

What age can I bring my child?

1 Year to 13 Years.

Do I have to pay to go in with my child??

For every child under 5 years we will allow one parent for free, if your child is 5+ you do not need to go in the play area with them.

Do I have to stay in the building whilst my child plays?

You do have to stay in the building, we have a seating area. But look out for our shop and drop service coming soon.

Do I have to wear socks?

Grip socks must be worn, we have them for sale but if you have a pair of grip socks of your own you can use them. Providing they are in good condition.

Are there any restrictions on accessing the games?

We do have restrictions in some areas, we have a 5 & under area. Giving a safe space for small children to play. We also have a minimum height limit to access the high ropes course.

Are you doing Birthday Parties?

Yes, we will be doing Birthday Parties. The start date will be announced very soon. We do have some enquiry forms available both on site and via our call center.

Can my child use all the slides?

Some slides have height & age restrictions in place. These rules are set by the equipment manufacturer and are not determined by Funtopia. Some slides used to have a minimum age of 8 but now this is 5.

What should participants wear?

All guests entering the play area must wear Funtopia-approved safety socks. We also recommend that elbows and knees are covered for additional comfort and protection.

Why do I only get 2 free accompanying adults?

Funtopia operates with strict capacity limits for safety and fire regulation compliance. We must carefully monitor the number of guests inside the play area, and additional non-playing adults may take the space of children wishing to play.

Can parents use the slides?

Yes! Parents are welcome to use the slides. We simply ask that adults remain mindful of younger children, as adults may travel faster on certain slides.

My child won’t use the slide alone — can I accompany them?

Absolutely. We have a selection of slides where parents can safely accompany their child.

Previously parents were not allowed on the slides. Why has this changed?

Our previous policy was introduced purely for safety reasons. As part of our ongoing risk assessments and operational reviews, we have now updated the rules to allow parents on selected slides.
